"End Homelessness by 2025!"

Too many people are homeless in Australia and we need to do something about it. A large number of people don't have a home, aren't getting a good feed and don't have any family to support them. In order for these conditions to change there needs to be programs in place to help people get back on their feet by providing things such as stable employment, accommodation and education.
