SuperCell, the creator of Clash of Clans, has imposed a permanent ban on on accounts, claiming they we're using a 3rd party. This ban came without any notice or warning.
Many users have spent hundreds or thousands of dollars and several years growing their accounts. The ban came without any recent warnings. There was a ban several months ago where users were warned and given 2 weeks to remove any third party software. Even if you have third party software installed but are not using it, Supercell banned you anyway.
We are asking Supercell to restore the accounts and/or modify it's policy of permanent banning without a temporary ban or warning sent to the user. There are many "false positives" that could create a situation where a permanent ban is simply unfair. Some users have reported no modding software installed yet they were still instantly and permanently banned.
We think this policy is too harsh and Supercell should give it's users a 2nd chance to remove any third party software that they feel affects "fair game use". Please sign our petition and join us. We hope to get Supercell's attention through this petition. Thanks!
