Demand fair treatment of all staff at Grill'd nationwide!

There are now over 100 Grill'd restaurants across the nation. The company is about to expand internationally. Each restaurant employs between 15-70 staff. Most of these employees are either high school or university students, attempting to make a living while juggling important study. Some are just entering the workplace. Most are no older than 25. And until now, none of us had a voice.

Grill'd has been treating their staff unethically from the very beginning. Staff work incredibly hard, working long and tiring shifts with only one half-hour unpaid lunch break. We deserve an hourly rate that meets the current award standard. We deserve to be paid penalty rates for all the late nights, weekend, and public holiday work we are given. We deserve uniform and meal allowances. Sign the petition and help see this change occur in all Grill'd Restaurants across Australia.
