Subsidies for the homeless student attending Santa Rosa Junior

The student homelessness here at Santa Rosa Junior College is reaching into the thousands. It is up to us to develop a petition to allocate financial support for these homeless students. The purpose of these funds will be to secure a safe living environment, including access to showers, a bed to sleep in, food and any other basic needs. Educated people are one of the most valuable commodities for a strong future. Since the local government is concerned with the safety and well-being of people with drug and alcohol addiction, mental health issues, and the safety of family and children . It is essential that we have trained and educated people to ensure it's success.
