Stop YELP from extorting small business

Small business is being negatively impacted by YELP.  Postive reviews are not shown, or are filtered out unless advertising (extortion) fees are paid.  Negative reviews show up right away, while positive reviews are filtered out regarless of how may reviews the individual has left.  (i.e. A reviewers positive review will show up for a large corporation such as COSTCO (which pays to advertise), while that same reviewers positive review will be filtererd out from a smaller company who doesn't pay.  Don't believe it - do a quick search of "yelp lawsuits" or "yelp complaints".   You can even find the info on yelp's own message boards.  Or visit the BBB page - 600+ complaints in the last year alone.
