Demand Hope for Blackmon Road Community

I am a Social work student at Unc Charlotte. My cohorts and I are trying to raise awareness about a community who is living in third world conditions right in our backyard. Blackmon road is a community in Rock Hill, NC who does not have running water, sewer services, proper roads, or many of the basic necessities needed to live on a day to day basis. I am hoping that this petition will open many peoples eyes to the injustices that this community has been facing for years.
