When the news came out that Chris Columbus had written a Gremlins sequel that promised practical effects all the right buttons were being pressed. After meeting with Warner Bros now the project is being pitched as a reboot. If you would rather see a continuation of the story rather than a repackaged CGI knockoff then let them know.
