This petition should be signed because the landlord Terry Nation needs to keep his promiese to the complex up and we the tendants living on property agree that very dangerous conditions exists today. Electical fires; possible, trees falling, waterleaks, pest problems, no fire alarms, etc... Calls are not returned. No insurance on living quarters...
