Leland Middle Girls Dresscode

Leland Middle School has an unfair and unreasonable dresscode that limits girls from being comfortable and expressing themselves (ex. no leggings, normal length shorts, jeans with holes above knee). Is this fair? No. Is it the girls fault is boys get distracted? No. Should girls be allowed to go to school expressing themselves while being comfortable to learn for 7 hours? YES. I understand the extent of spaghetti straps but leggings and casually length shorts? Unacceptable. Stop sexualizing women's bodies and let us be comfortable.
