FASFA Should Change it's Policies so that Students with a 3.0 GPA and Higher Receive Money

FASFA does not give the right students money; the harder working students need money more than ever. If FASFA allowed students with a 3.0 gpa or higher to receive money then students all over would benefit. There is never a guarantee for free money and it’s time for a change. The government cant exactly determine who qualifies as “poor” but they can determine who is hard working, so let’s prove to them that this is the way to get more students into colleges and the only way to solve our financial debt.
