End Racial Hate Speech on Social Media

My black friend was harassed by a white Facebook user he didn't even know. The man sent him a message saying "I hate n*** got it n***". My friend reported the incident and shared a screenshot of the message. My black friend was then reported and put in "Facebook jail" for sharing a screenshot of the incident and standing up for himself since Facebook did nothing to stop the racism. Despite numerous attempts to report this hateful man, nothing has been done by Facebook and this man continues to practice harassment and hate speech.
