As of today, May 5th 2017; Victoria was seen using her phone while in the middle of a Compass lesson. Authorities saw these actions that had caused the class to stop working and see what was going on due to the constant buzzing from her mobile phone. I believe if we take her mobile device like many others of students, it would allow her to move faster and more efficient in her school work.
