Support for Irrigation Station Area Landscape Improvements

To continue and maintain the Garden and planting improvements in the HOA area between 13xx and 13xx Big Pine Drive.
Marion Carsten at 13xx has planted grass and plants in this area that was originally a construction entrance to our area. This was done at her own expense and labor. Prior HOA boards have excepted her contributions have excepted her beatifulcation to our common areas.
Marion was recently advised that a resident who moved in after much of these improvements were made has petitioned the board concerning this area stating that an unidentified guest has an allergic reaction when visiting.
It is well known that certain season's provoke allergic reaction to pollen, grasses, and other growth's throughout our development and the entire Bloomingdale area.
The undersigned residents and owners would like to see the area in question maintained as it is.
