Demand that tax payers dollars not pay for prisoners degrees.

Because it is not fair that people who are trying to better their lives by getting a degree have to pay for prisoners degrees and can't afford their own. They go into debt with student loans. The government should give loan forgiveness for all student loans, after all we have already paid the government by paying for prisoners degrees and have nothing to show for it.
