Sue Protegent for stealing the character from Super Why

Protegent is a Anti-Virus program that quote on quote "Brings back deleted files" is just a big scam, not only that, it's character Proto, was infact Whyatt Beanstalk (aka: Super Why),recolored, the Indian company stole the character without asking PBS for the character, And we need to sue them to the point of them removing the program forever, I need 1000 people to sign the petition to sue Protegent!
