Save Central's Historic 1927 Gym

We need your support to convince the Central School Board NOT to demolish this building on September 9th. Built in 1927, it is one of the oldest remaining pieces of Central's history. Please share this petition with all of your friends. History and Culture are an important part of the Central community, and a group of citizens has volunteered to renovate this building and create a Museum, Exhibition Space, and Performance Venue to archive and promote the History, Culture and Arts of the Central community at no cost to the taxpayers. This is reported to be the oldest public school building in EBR Parish and the oldest non-residential building in Central.
