Unhuman situations like medical care and poorness

I know from habitants there goverment does nothing
On these situations most people is dependable on out side gifts like ive done.
Even medical care needs to payed before doctors or hospitals do something its so unhuman peoples are suffering even died without help from doctors.
Ive a girl there she has dengue fever she needs urgent blood others its fatal and she will get in a coma and died.
I cant stand these situations on this manner i try to get on symphaty and humanity to do something on these situations.
Please donate or send money to help those poor peoples.
Our goverments gives money to but it never comes on places where its needed.
In this individual case i need support i cant give more money now.
Please let us do our best to give the poors a human life by supporting them.
