Our Nonprofit is called Lakota Rising.Org.
Indian Reservations on the northern plains are currently experiencing unemployment of over 70%. Several have rates of over 85%. Federal assistance and existing food programs are simply not providing adequate supplemetation. Families, including the elders and infants, are in desperate need of additional and healthy food. In addition, school has just started up and winter is rapidly approaching. School supplies and winter clothing are needed for the children. Heating fuel and firewood are need for heating homes. Your contribution will help in filling these needs.
