Needing experience to get experience is a paradox.

Whether you are a parent or relative of a young person seeking employment to start a career, you may know the struggle of not being able to get a job because of the lack of experience which comes with not being employed. This petition is to encourage the use of task based interviews or trial employment to get young people into the career they need! 

In most cases, this method of application is mutually beneficial, it means that people who are capable of doing the job get a chance to show it, and also means that employers reduce the risk of employing someone who cannot do the work.
