Stop Cyber Bullying

Cyber bullying has been a major problem in last decade and not enough people are standing up against it. Only 34 out of 50 states have laws against cyber bullying. (Alabama, Connecticut, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin are the 16 states which have not passed laws against cyber bullying.) I know some may just read over this and ignore it, but I hope that most of you will, if anything, speak up about it if you know someone or see someone who is being cyber bullied or is doing the bullying themselves.
