Stop Poverty! New Idea for Everyone!

Here is a brilliant idea me and a couple of friends came up with:

1. Give everyone over the age of 18 $3,000,000 (depending on their age, family size, and age) The minimum amount is $3 million dollars. that may seem like a lot of money for the government, but look how much they make every year. Then they do whatever they want to do with it. on January 1st of every year, they recieve $3 million dollars again. That way, it is fair for everyone.

2. Their should be a law passed prohibiting markets, online or not, to raise their prices. they are getting $3 million as well, so they shouldnt have to raise their prices to get even more money. This applies to every single store, market, hotel, or whatever EVERYWHERE in the U.S., ONLINE or not.
