Because everyone from the doctors, drug companies, judges in civil court, all feel it is someone elses problem when babies are born unlike the rest of the siblings. Some with visible deformities at birth, extra toes or missing limbs, like thalidomide babies. The others seemed healthy as newborns but had life long lasting effects and suffering. Just to name a few, cleft lip and palate, two cervixes and uvulas, knee pain teeth deformed with no enamel and nose bleeds, low immune system function and personality issues.
