Stop taking sick peoples pain medications

Why should sick and hurting people have to be in pain and suffering from the strict law on pain management and pain medication they put people through heck and back to the point people are turning to the streets were the death rates are much higher than if the pharmaceuticals and doctors get together and do their jobs and yes I agree with watching over anyone who is taking pain medication but don’t just take people off and/ or deny them the right to be comfortable with easing their pain right off the bat. Why is marijuana legal to purchase in a club setting and polkadot shrooms chocolate if you look it up on the internet is being sold on the low key in California and as payment they only take Zelle not looked at more closer than it’s slipping through or being avoided by the higher up, But pain medication is pretty much to a status of 1-100 your about 99.9% going to be denied? I won’t say anyone’s name but a previous doctor of mine told me that they are told to deny patients of pain medication right off the top of the question even popping up.
