Demand New Laws to End Back Child Support Payments Upon State Determined Legal Age

Be a quality parent and not a bitter parent! Sign to allow mothers and fathers paying child support to end all back support payments when the child becomes of legal age; hence, all remaining outstanding amounts will be null and void. There is no reason an individual should continue to pay child support into their elderly age. Some parents with large back pay will continue to pay child support until they pass away. This is unacceptable and needs modification to protect the rights of all parents.
