We, the citizens and residents of the City of Chicago, by this action show our support and advocacy for Migdalia Bulnes's installation as the Deputy Chief of citywide Community Policing of the Chicago Police Department.
Migdalia Bulnes's police career is demonstrative and exemplary of excellence in large sector administrative management and application of policing best practices. We proudly advance Bulnes's accomplishments which exceed any necessary requirements for the position of Deputy Chief of Community Policing or its equivalent.
