Stop The Alcoholic Loitering at the Bi-Lo Shopping Center on Johns Island, SC

We are a tight knit SC Island Community. Our Local Bi-Lo has become a place for men to Loiter, and Harass mostly women for money. They always smell of alcohol, and stand around the Liquor Store, and Plaza. The local police have been contacted with concerns, and the manager of the Bi-Lo has been addressed. The Manager stated "We chase them away from the Bi-Lo to the Family Dollar". This doesn't address the continued problem of alcoholic men approaching women for money. Many in our community are fearful of shopping at this very nice store. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly, and helpful. It is a shame that because of this problem, people fear shopping at Bi-Lo. The store used to have Security at the store, which was very helpful. Since the Security Presence has left the store, the problem has become out of control. Please help us bring back Security, End the ability for Loitering, and Begging at our neighborhood store.
