Support Thomas Butler Resentencing

My brother Thomas Butler is being resentenced in Spokane County following the passing of SB 5164 making Robbery 2 retroactively no longer a strike. For the last 13 years we have been fighting to bring him home him from inside and his family from out here. Unfortunately due to COVID and the weather for travel many people who may have otherwise been able to support him at his hearing are unable to and in this court room a Zoom Link for the public is not being offered. So I am asking for anyone who is willing to support my brother coming home sign this petition so the Judge can see how much support he really has despite all obstacles.
