Petiton to Hire a New Management Company

Rossmar has not been managing our property for some time.  Landscape issues still occur.  Grass looks terrible, it took months to get the dead winter freeze trimmed, the front monument lights didn't work for months.  The must not drive the project very often and when they do, they don't see the problems.  The water retention area on 20th and Baseline has looked the same for years.  There are pictures attached that were all taken on the same day of our grass and the grass over at the Pines at the Raven.  Why does everyone elses subdivision always look good and ours doesn't.  Enough of the excuses, it's time for a change.
