MUSEVENI'S ARROGANCE A RECIPE FOR WAR

BY CALLING MEMBERS OF THE PARLIAMENT OF UGANDA IDIOTS AND FOOLS; BY ORDERING THE MILITARY POLICE TO GO AND KNOCK THE SPEAKER'S DOOR; BY INTERFERING IN PARLIAMENTARY INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE DEATH OF THE MP NEBANDA MUSEVENI IS ABROGATING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA.
Chap (1) of the Constitution of Uganda (1995) states: Any person or group of persons who, as required by clause (4) of
this article, resists the suspension, overthrow, abrogation or amendment of
this Constitution commits no offence.
