STOP handcuffing people! We have the know-how to incapacitate people without being cruel. Let's ban old-fashioned handcuffs and replace them with these state-of-the-art drones that shoot tranquilizer darts. Antidotes can be administered to stop the tranquilizer darts from becoming killer darts. The law should allow only doctors to use handcuffs now.
