Aquille Carr became a high school legend during his time at Patterson High School in Baltimore Maryland. The 5'6 phenom brought national attention to Patterson with his unbelievable skills on the basketball court that resulted in over 20 million views on YouTube. And how can we forget the impact he played on decreasing crime in East Baltimore, one of the toughest places in the world.
