Bring the Toyota Hilux diesel to North America (Canada and USA)

The Hilux Diesel is available everywhere in the world EXCEPT Canada and USA. This is not acceptable. The vehicle can meet or exceed the environmental emissions of the current Gas model, the Tacoma, and beats it in towing, durability, fuel economy and life expectancy. 

Toyota for whatever reason has denied North America the choice of this exceptional vehicle. This petition is to inform Government and Toyota that we as consumers want this vehicle available to us THE CONSUMER. special tooling of a plant is not required since there are already THREE plant sites that manufacture this Model. Only minor additions to the vehicle are required to import to the US and Canada.

We the signed respectfully ask that Government and corporate Toyota  MAKE THIS AVAILABLE.
