Keep YouTube fair for everyone. Be clear and make sure that the creator knows why his video is not appropriate. If your going to change rules, especially on videos that were ok before they should not be accounted for that new rule and creators should be given plenty of time and notice before the new rules are made. Return the videos back to the creators and do it right.#everyonesyoutube
