Zoning for Self Home Massage Business At 1344 West Walnut Street Allentown Pa 18102

Signing this petition will show the Allentown Zoning Office that you fully approve that Sharon Landis a single massage therapist who has been fully educated in the art of all types of massage therapy, with full knowledge of the human body and holds an associates degree in Anatomy, Physiology, Neurology, Pathology and Kinesiology, in addition holds a Pennsylvania Massage License and is Nationally Certified in Massage and Bodywork and has been practicing licensed massage therapy since 2000, should be granted a zoning license from the Allentown Zoning Office to practice her profession of massage therapy out of a small closed off area of her home which is located at 1344 West Walnut Street Allentown Pa 18102.

Please Note Sharon Landis owns the home and lives at the talked about address and would not have any other employes. In addition would have basic business hours and would not be opened after 7;00 PM
