Translate the Epic Japanese Classic, "Teito Monogatari", into English!

Teito Monogatari (The Tale of the Imperial Capital) is one of the most popular and influential Japanese novel series to ever be published, yet it has never received an English adaption or an adaption in any other language at that. It is a highly praised series written by Hiroshi Aramata that follows an alternate retelling of 20th century Japan. It spans over 10 volumes and has influenced many other series; 'Onmyogi', 'X', 'Rental Magica', 'Shaman King' and 'Nurarihyon no Mago' to name a few. The series has been out since 1983 and never recieved an English adaption - I think it's about time it does.
