Your life is your own an END to Mandatory Overtime

Right now I am on strike and one of the issues is Mandatory overtime. Dictionary meaning "required by law or rules". I say "your life is your own rise up and live it". Why is this something we have to fight for. Why should a Company own me? Is 40 hours not enough? Is their mismanagement a just reason for me to pay their price? We need a Bill pushed through Congress that Mandates a max of 40 hours per week and reprisals against companies that would fire Employees just for living their lives. For yourselves, for loved ones, for your families and friends for "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".
