Old and New Home Owners may soon be under additional City control due to the movement to push our neighborhood to a historical designation. More regulation, more fees, increased property values, squeezing out the little man are some of the common results around the country. We don't need it on the Hill since only 1.3% of buildings have been demo'd in recent years and most historical home owners maintain the their homes just fine without the City.
