EA Games: LOTR Battle for Middle Earth 3

EA Games has the License to create another LOTR game, and they have the previous games to base a Battle for Middle Earth(bfme) off of. So i am unable to see what the issue is here, they could draw in so much money since the left over hard copies of the game go for anywhere from $70 to $300. If that doesn't shout profit, I don't know what does.
