Close Angola Plantation

Angola State Prison was a plantation named after African Slaves. A nation of people suffered horrific demeaning acts. When slaves became free the plantation became a prison to enslave young free black men. This practice has never stopped. There is an operating museum within these walls. African Americans are the majority. The intent and history this prison should be closed.
