Stop Haledon slumlord from predatory and dangerous practices against tenants

West of Hudson Properties LLC has turned 2 John St in Haledon NJ into a dangerous and unsafe place to live. Multiple instances of toxic mold, hiring criminals, rampant illegal drug use in the building, a rash of thefts and domestic disturbances have been perpetuated by gross negligence and predatory practices on people of color.

We need reform and protection. The solution, hold west of Hudson properties accountable. They should immediately remediate and repair all issues, allow any tenant seeking to break their lease do so and pay for any damages caused by their negligence.
