Stop IKEA Expansion into Dublin CA!!

IKEA are complaining to the State of California about their expansion plans into Dublin CA. The Residents of Dublin California are having an issue with IKEA. It is bullying the City council for approval of its construction of a large retail outlet store. The state should be concerned as 580 traffic congestion affects state economy, air quality, and quality of life. The Tri Valley is a main passageway for transit to and from the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Many commercial trucks and commuters use this as it is the main East-West connection. When IKEA expanded into Emeryville, CA - the result was a traffic nightmare / snarl on nearby HWY 80 / the same thing will happen in Dublin to HWY 580 / HWY 680 interchange - if IKEA is allowed to expand nearby. IKEA can locate further out towards COSTCO of Livermore or near Livermore Outlets - where the traffic congestion will affect far fewer Residents. Say NO to IKEA Dublin by signing this Petition!
