This Petition is for the Citizens of Lodi, Ca who are ready for the City of Lodi Utility Company to be investigated! Prices continue to increase, bills continue to be incorrect, accounts are double billed, refunds are not issued, and we are fed up! Sign this petition to start the investigation on why our Utility bills are so expensive and doubling in price. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to investigate City of Lodi Utility Company!
