In 2006, Ashley Ervin whom at the time was only 16 was arrested and detained in jail for a crime she did not commit {Capital Muder} At the time Chuck Rosenthalthel, Head District Attorney was over Ashley's case. In 2007 He helped assist in the conviction of Ashley Ervin on capital murder charges. At this time Mr. Rosenthahel was also taking a combination of prescription pills which caused him to be impaired during judgement. I personally sat in on the trial of this case and has read and re-read all accounts of the alleged crime activity that was suppose to have taken place. At no time in the trial process did they submit any valid evidence that would accuse Ashley Ervin of Capital Murder. The officers who took statements did not go by proper procedures with her. They tricked her into statements and used them against her. I would like to get as many signers as i possibly can to show our support for her. She is in jail with life with/out parole a NON-FAIR SENTENCE. We are trying to get he courts to look into the case again so we can finally get her home and back to her loved ones. She was and still is a very warm hearted free spirited person. Nothing is getting in her way of success not even the fact that she is serving a life sentence for a crime she did not commit. She is still acheiving many awards in prison as she was in school. Please help us bring her home and give her the justice she deserves.
