Open Fishing and Recreation Area to Full Year Use at Whale Rock Reservoir

Signing this petition is adding your name to the list of local citizens who would like to have the Whale Rock Reservoir Fishing and Recreational Area open for year round day use. Whale Rock Reservoir is currently closed for five months, locking the gates and prohibiting access between November 15 and April 25 for all activities This is a favorite fishing and hiking location for many who would enjoy taking advantage of the area all 12 months of the year.
