Blizzard's Rank systems has been broken for to long!

There are many toxic player in overwatch when the season resets, with all the placement match drama.
We have Master players in Diamond being toxic because of there rank last season being higher so
They try to tell other what to do. We need a Hard Rank Reset. Please post this around if u care about the community.
