Stop the Gqeberha Harbour Fog Horn now!!!

    Violation of Human Rights related to Noise Pollution in Central, South End, Humewood, Richmond Hill and Summerstrand. Residents cannot sleep and students/scholars cannot study. This pactise of blowing fog horns is outdated. In this day and age Harbour control and ships use electronic navigation. Our rights to manage Noise Pollution is being violated by old outdated marine policies and processes
