Term Limits on Board Member of Silver Glen HOA

Sliver Glen HOA Board Members may serve a term of 3 years with 2 consecutive terms, then must not serve on the board again for one term.

All HOA board members must be certified in the state of Florida.

In the event that there are more canidiates than vacancies an election will be held annually to fill the 5 positions on the board.

It is necessary for us to be in compliance with the State of Florida Laws for HOA Boards. It is apparent that Silver Glen needs to update a number of areas to meet Florida Law. In an attempt to promote more participation by homeowners  by using the web site for homeowners, I am initating this  petition. My hope is that we get a response that we can act on immediately with the board.
