stop adopting U.S. kids outside the U.S. now!

My first grandchild was fathered by someone who was illegal here. When his daughter entered foster care she was sent to Mexico to live with his sister. His preferred placement which ended in her being abused in every way, strved and treated like a dog. She was killed a week before the adoption was finalized and hated for being American. American kids should be made available for adoption to famy in the U.S . We need to cut the red tape on state to state adoptions with family. When it's easier to deport kids who are part american born in the U.S. to foreign countries or adopt abroad for a steep price there is a serious problem. Stop child trafficing now! Protect our kids first!
