I, a resident of Aspen Springs do hereby request that Archuleta County BoCC enforces Land Use dwelling limits (following) where said violation adversely affect the Health and/or Safety and/or Welfare of the Community.

Land Use Regulations, Section 3, Zoning

3.1.2.3 Agricultural Estate (AE)3 (1) Residential densities in this district shall be no more than two (2) dwellings per lot, with typical accessory structures.
