Don’t crush his winning dreams!

As of this season the county's board put a rule requiring powerstock figure 8 and circle track drivers to have a state drivers license claiming it's an insurance issue. Nathan Hogan was brought up building and racing cars with his father and after his first win this June he was rattled on for not having a license and his dreams were crushed. #20 has now been in bed for over a week and hasn't touched a car even said his tools mean nothing to him now. Racing is his livelihood. Now these races take place on private property, the cars are not street legal, and minors are able to participate. There's three good reasons to make an exception for a driven racer who's got wins and skill that's proven. He's willing to carry his own necessary bills so long as they will make an exception for him that he so badly deserves. For 10/15 years he's spent every summer weekend preparing for these races. I've never seen a more dedicated man. They took his livelihood when they took his racing. Let Nate race!
